Elyse never answers honestly when the doctor asks her how many drinks, on average, she has in a week. Her two great loves are whiskey and bubbly straight from the bottle. She was recently promoted at her job at one of the fanciest bars in town because they were “impressed by her interest in the menu”. This is the first time anyone has ever noticed the amount she drinks (reminder: “impressive”) and then offered her money as a reward. Proof that dreams really do come true. Elyse attended Columbia College for musical theatre and then Kendall College for baking. She tries to do a little of both between drinks. One day when she opens a bakery she will call her red wine brownies “Mickys”.
