Sara Sevigny likes you. And your shoes. She is a writer, singer, improv goddess, and all around snazzy dressed good time gal. Let’s have dinner. Sara is a 2007 Equity Jeff Award Winner for her role as Sara Jane Moore in Porchlight Music Theatre’s production of Stephen Sondheim’s Assassins. She most recently appeared as Mrs. Eugenia Swanson in I Love Lucy on Stage with Broadway in Chicago. Sara has also had the pleasure to work with such fantastic Chicago theaters as Chicago Children’s Theatre, Fox Valley Rep, Caffeine Theatre, Chicago Opera Vanguard, Griffin, Timeline, Strawdog, Back Stage Theatre, Lifeline, Stage Left, The Hypocrites, and Defiant (RIP). A founding member of Open Eye Productions (RIP), Sara currently resides as an ensemble member and playwright with The Factory Theater. She also likes Diet Coke (with rum), in case you wanted to get her one.
