Patrick’s career began with a simple mixture of Smirnoff Watermelon and Coke freshman year of college. Afterwards, he began experimenting by combining different flavored Smirnoffs with Coke, and eventually graduated to Sprite and Goldschlager (it’s REAL gold!). He’s come a long way baby, and recent projects include Bulliet Bourbon neat, anything brewed by Two Brothers, Hendrick’s Gin, and this amazing Sicilian Nero D’Avola/Syrah blend that you have to try (Only $11!). Don’t worry, he’s not too fancy; after two drinks at Sidetrack he switches to his frou frou Dreamsicle drink: Pinaccle Whipped with OJ. Acting? A Marvin Hamlisch Songbook with Theo Ubique, Titanic at Griffin, Assassins at Kokandy, Amadeus at Boho, and Mahal at Bailiwick, and other cool stuff prior to 2013.
